Speaksure

Effective date: May 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Speaksure. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Speaksure, including the Speaksure app, website, speaking drills, transcription, feedback, scoring, phrase suggestions, coaching history, and related services.

By using Speaksure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Speaksure.

If you use Speaksure on iOS, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license agreement applies.

Using Speaksure

Speaksure provides speaking practice tools designed to help users improve communication under pressure. The app may include drills for interviews, meetings, presentations, introductions, pushback, filler word control, and difficult conversations.

Speaksure is intended for personal practice, education, and self-improvement. You are responsible for how you use the app and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

You should not use Speaksure to record, process, or submit content unless you have the right to do so.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused, used fraudulently, used to abuse usage limits, or used in violation of these Terms.

Free and paid features

Speaksure may offer both free and paid features. Free access may include limited practice, such as daily drills or limited feedback.

Speaksure Pro may include expanded features such as unlimited practice, custom scenarios, deeper coaching history, phrase bank features, personalized plans, and additional coaching insights.

Free limits, paid features, pricing, and plan availability may change over time as we improve the product and manage operational costs.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system.

Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple’s policies.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled by the user. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Deleting your Speaksure account or removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription through Apple.

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to new subscribers or specific Apple IDs.

Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple. Speaksure cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

If you believe there is a billing issue, you should contact Apple Support or manage the subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Speech feedback and scores

Speaksure provides transcripts, ratings, phrase suggestions, rewritten answers, and coaching insights for educational and self-improvement purposes.

Scores and feedback are not guarantees of interview performance, professional outcomes, personal results, communication outcomes, career outcomes, or future success.

AI-generated feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or affected by audio quality, background noise, short recordings, unclear speech, transcription errors, or service limitations.

You should use Speaksure feedback as guidance, not as professional, legal, medical, psychological, employment, or career advice.

Recordings and your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your speech, recordings, transcripts, written answers, prompts, and practice responses.

You grant Speaksure the rights needed to process your content in order to provide transcription, analysis, feedback, scoring, progress tracking, phrase suggestions, coaching history, and related app features.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any content you provide to Speaksure.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential business information, private third-party information, or content you are not authorized to use.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you use Speaksure.

By using Speaksure, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Speaksure, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse usage limits, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms others.

You may not use Speaksure to harass, impersonate, deceive, exploit, threaten, or violate the rights of another person.

You may not use Speaksure to submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not use Speaksure to create, train, benchmark, or support competing services without our permission.

Fair use and abuse prevention

Some Speaksure features rely on transcription, AI analysis, and cloud infrastructure. To keep the service reliable, we may apply fair-use limits, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that use automation, scraping, excessive requests, account sharing, fraudulent activity, refund abuse, or other behavior that harms the service or other users.

A paid subscription does not grant unlimited abusive, automated, or infrastructure-straining usage.

Third-party services

Speaksure may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, transcription, AI analysis, analytics, cloud hosting, notifications, or other app functionality.

Some features may be unavailable, delayed, or limited if third-party services experience outages, restrictions, errors, or changes.

Your use of Apple’s App Store, Apple ID, and in-app purchase system is governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Speaksure, including the app, website, software, design, branding, features, workflows, and related technology, is owned by Speaksure or its operators.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Speaksure’s software, technology, branding, models, prompts, design, or service improvements.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying technology of Speaksure except as permitted by law.

Service availability

We work to keep Speaksure reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, or environment.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, infrastructure issues, or service improvements.

Changes to Speaksure

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Speaksure at any time, including features, limits, pricing, plans, and availability.

We may release changes to improve quality, security, reliability, performance, or user experience.

Termination

You may stop using Speaksure at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or used Speaksure unlawfully.

Termination of your Speaksure account does not automatically cancel any active App Store subscription. You remain responsible for canceling subscriptions through Apple.

Disclaimer

Speaksure is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that Speaksure will improve your communication, interview performance, career outcomes, confidence, or any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speaksure and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, opportunities, reputation, goodwill, expected outcomes, or other intangible losses.

Your use of Speaksure is at your own discretion and risk.

Apple-specific terms

For users who download Speaksure from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Speaksure, not Apple.

Speaksure, not Apple, is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, and any claims relating to the app, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the purpose of enforcing the Apple-related provisions where applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Speaksure after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
