How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Speaksure, then cancel from there. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose the Speaksure purchase, and follow Apple’s refund request steps.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Speaksure, go to the paywall or subscription screen, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
Can I use Speaksure for free?
Yes. Speaksure may include limited free practice, such as daily drills. Speaksure Pro unlocks expanded practice, custom scenarios, deeper coaching history, personalized plans, and additional coaching features.
Why did my drill fail?
A drill may fail if the recording is too short, unclear, interrupted, missing microphone permission, or affected by a temporary network issue. Try again in a quieter place with a stable connection.
How do I fix microphone access?
On your iPhone, open Settings, find Speaksure, and make sure Microphone access is turned on. Recording-based drills need microphone access to capture your answer.
Why does the feedback sometimes feel off?
Speaksure uses transcription and analysis to generate feedback. If audio is unclear, too short, or contains background noise, feedback may be less accurate. Try recording again with a clearer answer.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Email support@speaksure.app from the email associated with your account and include that you want to delete your account or personal data. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
